  Outstanding Service
  I have recently dealt with Jubilee to obtain a WAV vehicle and I am overwhelmed with the quality of standards of service delivery I received and importantly still receive. I do not often write reviews and having held a senior position in the service industry for years can be quite cynical of some postings but when you experience the level of superior service I have received then it is only correct to comment. The important factor that Jubilee embraces is that of a truly personal service tailored to the individual. This is enforced by a friendly and empathetic approach which is difficult when faced with quite demanding customer needs. From my own experience Mike, one of the senior mangers leads by example and all the staff demonstrate an absolute commitment to customer satisfaction. Furthermore, nothing is too much trouble and the staff spends time to evaluate what you exactly require and how this can be delivered. The companies’ honest approach ensures expectations are not exaggerated and can be met and delivered promptly.
  There may be negative reviews of this company but having years in the profession I can assure anyone thinking of using Jubilee that you will have to look long and hard to deal with a company which has a better work ethic and positive approach to customer care.
