I wanted to buy a car but the two women in the payments department were just talking between themselves and acted like I wasn't there but when they finally came to answer my query they fobbed me off. Telling me that I shouldn't pay a deposit unless I'm 100 percent going to buy a car(I thought the whole point of a auction was to try and get a bargain). They were extremely rude and unprofessional. I'd never use Mannheim again due to this one very bad experience. I've been to the one in Bristol many times and they offer brilliant customer service but now I'm extremely disappointed in manheim
