  DO NOT USE THIS DISGRACEFUL, FRAUDULENT AND DISGUSTING COMPANY!!
  
  Contracted this company to build a conservatory and it has been a never-ending disaster. Initially they started to build it the wrong size, in the incorrect position and using the incorrect materials. The structure was not straight and had to be knocked down 3 times. The work was to be completed by Christmas 2016, it is now April 2017 and the work is nowhere near to competition. They have completely destroyed our garden and damaged our property. They also made a huge mess on our neighbours private property. As a result of this we were forced to hire a skip at our own expense and clean up their mess ourselves.
  
  Workers stopped coming to the property just after Christmas 2016 and Nigel Keenan stopped answering our calls, to this date he still refuses to speak to us. We are now liaising with Trading Standards and the relevant authorities who are all far too aware of this company. We are now taking the legal route and in the process of starting legal proceedings.
  
  The contract also states that they members of the GGF (Glass and Glazing Federation) who are the providers of the guarantee to their work. Upon contacting the GGF we discovered that this is totally false as they are in no way affiliated with them. They are falsely and fraudulently advertising that they are full members on their website and in their contract.
  
  The standard of build is very poor, we have had multiple building surveyors in and they have all recommended that the best course of action would be to knock down the whole structure and start again.
  
  We have been more than fair to Nigel Keenan in giving him the benefit of the doubt and fully understanding that mistakes happen. He was quick enough to take all of the regular stage payments as per the contract and he even insisted on a large cash payment too. Upon speaking to his workers they informed us that they are all not getting paid and that was the reason as to why the workers stopped turning up to our property.
  
  If anyone is thinking about using this company or any other company involving Mr. Nigel Keenan I strongly advise that you don’t. If you do some research you will see similar complaints to ours and he has a history of dissolved companies to his name. In our opinion and in light of how we have been treated Mr. Nigel Keenan is nothing more than a professional conman and a true Rogue Trader.
  
  We of course invite Mr Nigel Keenan to respond to our complaint.

  **UPDATE***
  
  It looks like con man NIGEL KEENAN has now set up ANOTHER Limited company called ALL TRADE WINDOWS AND DOORS LTD . Avoid doing business with this man at all costs.
